Fostoria baroque torte cake plate, low pedestal plateau dessert stand

Baroque shape Fostoria torte plate with a large scale floral decoration... not sure of this print name, sorry! The plate measures about 14" in diameter, and is in very nice condition showing very little scratching or wear.
