antique vintage English sterling silver repousse tussie mussie, tiny vase for violets

Little tussie mussie vase for violets or other tiny flowers - this stands just 4 1/4" tall. It's nicely hallmarked, and we believe it's English silver (sterling silver), 1890s or thereabouts. English sterling marks are not my specialty, though!

This has a weighted base, with the bottom metal (or possibly felt?) removed. It's very tarnished - we haven't touched it - but the shape and pattern look good, without much if any denting or bends.
