antique / vintage hand-crafted dovetailed copper tea kettle S&S W mark

Large copper teakettle, nicely crafted, dovetailed at the bottom of the kettle. Its a good big kettle, holds about 2 quarts, measures 11" x 9" across the entire piece.

The marking is as shown, we're not familiar with this mark, and can give you no real help about the maker or the exact age of this kettle, except that it came straight out of an estate, and we believe it's as least 30-40 years old.

It's in excellent condition, water tight, fairly clean though a little tarnished. We've left it just as we've found it, and will leave the polishing up to you.
