vintage Portugal majolica pottery cabbage leaf serving tray w/ bowl

Vintage majolica pottery cabbage leaf plate (about 13 1/2" x 11 1/2") with attached bowl, stamped Portugal. This is very crazed and discolored from age and use, though has no chips or cracks.
