red strawberry antique china cream pitcher, small creamer w/ strawberries

Strawberries and cream, anyone? This is an early 1900s vintage cream pitcher, 4" tall. It's not marked, and we just aren't sure if this is from an old American pottery, or German or Bavarian?

There's a small chip to the rim of the creamer, but the strawberry design and gold decoration looks very good, without wear.
