unrestored vintage 1930s Airflow electric fan, six blade small desk top size

1930s vintage 8" electric fan marked Airflow. I haven't been able to find out much at all about Airflow fans (it seems that every fan in the world is all about Air Flow, of course!)

It's got that classic 20s 30s 40s look, with that steel six blade shape and wire cage. Measures about 12" tall, 10" across the cage, 8" across the blade, personal size. Your office or writing desk or drawing board just feels cooler (literally) with a piece like this.

This is in unrestored condition - the cord is badly aged, and I'm not going to plug it in as it is. The parts move smoothly, and the housing and base don't show a lot of wear. I would expect this one will work, after new wiring and a little oil. It could use a good cleaning.
