lot of original old fruit jar rubber gaskets in boxes vintage graphics

Lot of eight assorted 1940s vintage boxes of rubber gaskets for canning jars. These are the original boxes with nice advertising and litho graphics.

These boxes are mostly full, but we haven't checked all of them and they do have wear and age.

The rubber gaskets are both black and red rubber and are of assorted styles and sizes. They are made for using with the zinc screw type lids and the glass and wire bail lids. We've been told that the round ones without the tabs are from WWII when they were conserving rubber for the war effort.
