Early century vintage kitchen tool, a hand crank bread maker / riser, made of tinned steel, 2 1/2 gallon size. This is marked Universal #4 - Made by Lander, Frary & Clark - New Britain Connecticut - awarded gold medal St. Louis Exposition 1904. This works, but has some wear to the tinning, and rust to the steel.
