big old wood pestles or mashers, primitive vintage wooden kitchen tool utensils

Lot of two old wooden mashers, heavy and solid, worn and discolored from years of use. I believe they were probably used to push tomatoes or fruit through a strainer or cloth for canning, making sauce and jelly. Nice vintage primitives.
