antique 19th century vintage french alencon lace, WIDE needle lace bertha collar w/ bobbles

Gorgeous heavy lace bertha (7 3/4" deep!) in french alencon lace, a warm ivory color. I'm not sure if this is linen or cotton thread, probably linen, I think?

It's late Victorian era at our best guess, narrow at the throat (choker size, 15 1/2"). This is in very good condition structurally (few if any breaks or holes) but does have a little spotting, please see photos.
