vintage clip-on lampshade, retro ruffled plastic lace boudoir lamp shade

1950s - 60s vintage plastic lamp shade to cover with sheer nylon frills or lace. This has just the plastic ruffled shape without fabric, though it's crowned with plastic lace at the top.

The shade is made to clip on a standard sized light bulb, and measures about 8" tall x 12" across the bottom.

This one is yellowed, or made yellow and white? The color is very even. The plastic is not at all brittle, and looks very good without chips or cracks.
