vintage rosebud floral print fabric, 40'' wide, drapey cotton / rayon or poly?

3 yards of vintage print fabric, 39 1/2" wide. This is slightly drapey, with a matte finish... cotton / rayon? cotton / poly? Medium weight, not at all sheer. We think it would be pretty as a blouse or top, or lining a bag or jacket.
