old army jeep or truck jerry can w/ olive green paint 1960s vintage

Old steel US military jerrycan (also known as gerry can) for fuel or water on trucks and jeeps. It is embossed on the side 1961, but is stamped through the paint near the spout MMR 70. The paint is worn and there is a some rust on the bottom.
