old steel crampons, vintage Fit-U adjustable strap on ice cleats mountain climbing

1940s vintage mountain climber's adjustable steel crampons or ice cleats. They are about 10 3/4" long and 3 1/2" wide at the heel. The steel cleats are 3/8" long for good traction in ice and snow.

These have old leather and webbing straps and minor rust.
