vintage cast metal eagles w/ black iron finish, decorative wall plaque ornaments

Pair of old cast metal eagles made for decorative hardware ornaments or wall mounted plaques. These have a lovely cast iron black 'antique' finish.

Neither of these is marked - we'd guess they are mid-century vintage, not a lot older than that. These measure about 6 3/4" across the wingspans.
