hand-blown glass ice cream dishes, vintage set of 12 ruffled bowls

Set of twelve vintage hand crafted glass ice cream dishes, 4 1/2" across the bowl, about 2 1/4" tall. We aren't sure if these are Italian glass, or from Spain or Mexico... but all are in excellent condition without damage.
