Old industrial aluminum and brass folding magnifier or loupe with a leather case. This was made by the Park Instrument Co and has an aluminum frame and is brass around the lens. Very steampunk!
It is 1 1/2" x 1 7/8" on the base and stands 1 7/8" high. The paint is worn and chipped and it has an owner's initials engraved on the underside.
