lot vintage cotton floss cone thread spools for hand / machine embroidery

Large lot (14 full and partial cones, 6" to 6 1/2" tall) of vintage cotton embroidery floss - most 'regular' embroidery floss weight, some a little finer. All is silky smooth pure cotton.

This came out of the estate of a weaver, but it would be excellent for hand or machine embroidery as well as weaving. Lots of lovely colors, endless length to play with!

There's some spots and surface soil marks to the outside wraps, but overall this looks very good, colors rich and bright without fading.
