Mid-century vintage china plate, souvenir of Wisconsin, The Badger State. This is marked Kettlesprings Kilns Alliance Ohio, measures about 10" in diameter.

It's in very good condition, no damage. I love the green on white print, this would work so well in almost any vintage / retro style collection.
