Vintage geared drive hand grinder... Best Maide No. 51 Dymo-Grit made by Luther Grinder Mfg Co of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is in nice working condition with an about 3/8" arbor for your grinding or polishing wheel.
It has some soil and old grease from years in a farm shop.
