hobnail milk glass creamer and sugar set, vintage Fenton or L E Smith?

Unmarked vintage milk glass cream pitcher and sugar bowl, early Fenton or maybe L. E. Smith? The creamer is 3 1/4" tall, the open sugar is a little lower. These are a little dusty, but the glass looks perfect, no chips or cracks.
