optic pattern candy dish, vintage white carnival and amber glass footed bowl

Vintage white carnival luster covered bowl with amber foot, about 6 3/4" tall. We think this is probably a 70s piece, not the older EAPG glass... but it's in excellent condition, and very pretty!
