early antique solid brass photography bellows for a box camera
more photos of this product belowAntique early expandable photography bellows for an antique glass film plate era box camera, or possibly an enlarger or projector. The metal ends are solid brass and the folding bellows are cloth. This measures 5" square over the frame and about 7" over the ears. The slot for the photography plate or slide measures 4 1/4" x 5" x 7/8" and has two steel leaf springs to hold the cartridge in place.
The camera bellows is in excellent condition without any holes, but it needs to be reattached to the film end. It is just loose, not torn. The brass has a lovely patina of age. We couldn't find a maker's name.
