This is the fourth edition and is copyright 1946 by F. A. Davis Company. It has about 525 pages with 57 illustrations including 16 color plates.
This old medical book has some great color illustrations of patients afflicted with different diseases such as mumps, scarlet fever and more. It is mostly targeted at nurses and covers diseases such as Diphtheria, Smallpox, Tetanus, Yellow Fever, Cholera and much more!
This is from the estate of a dentist who ran his own practice for many years and it does have some condition issues. There is wear and fading to the cover, a name on the front end paper and some yellowing to some of the pages. The cover is coming loose from the pages (although the pages seem tight) and is is just held on by a few threads
