Victorian era photo album for cabinet cards, shabby worn antique book

Worn antique Album which once held early photographs, empty now, which gives it a hauntingly sad feel. The pages have been torn to remove the photos, but book is completeand sturdy, and you could fill this with pictures or art, and embellish the pages to cover the damage.

The wine colored velvet cover is worn and rubbed down to a faded burgundy pink, but you can still make out 'Album' on the front. It's nice and clean overall. I love the long narrow shape of this one, it's a little unusual.
