antique die-cut Easter card w/ story book, Bunny Brown and egg basket

Early 1900s vintage die-cut Easter card with eight page illustrated story inside, card measures 8 1/2" x 5 1/2".

It's been well loved, and isn't in the best of condition, though it's complete. All of the page sheets and the covers are separated from each other, and nearly all have a few scribbles in pencil.
