vintage kitchen paper towel / wax paper dispenser, painted metal w/ rooster

Cute wall mount kitchen paper towel and waxed paper or aluminum foil roll holder, not marked except for an "H".

The rack measures 12 1/4" x 7 1/2", and is in nice clean condition, though has some scuffs to the paint.
