ruby red glass compote bowl w/ strawberry pattern, vintage Fenton?

Vintage ruby red glass compote bowl or pedestal footed candy dish, 5 1/2" tall. This isn't marked... older Fenton, we think, though possibly Westmoreland? It's in perfect condition.
