vintage tiki cup, happy sad face glass head vase, drinking glass or candle holder

Vintage glass tiki 'mug' (this has no handles, it's more like a very heavy squat goblet). Not marked that I could see?

This measures about 4" in diameter across the rim, and stands 4 1/2" tall. It's in excellent condition without damage.
