antique Mason's cross blue green glass Mason jar, embossed 1858 patent date

Antique aqua blue glass canning jar with the embossed 1858 patent date and Mason's cross emblem, marked Pat. Nov 26 (18)67 on the bottom.

This is a one quart jar, measures about 7" tall overall. There's some roughness to the rim edge, and the glass has a few bubbles and a somewhat irregular thickness, it's sort of flatted on one side.
