antique early 1900s baby picture, cabinet photo in shabby old wood frame

We found this sweet baby at the bottom of a box of old Edwardian era prints and vintage photos, and though both the frame and the photo are showing their age, we thought it was an excellent picture! It measures 7 1/2" x 9 1/2" over the frame.

The photo is marked with the name of the photographer (from the Belvidere Illinois area), there's no family name that we could find.
