chippy white wirework rack w/ recycled glass tumblers, green bubbled glass vases

I believe this is a set of tea or chai glasses in this wire caddy, but these little green tumblers would also make good vases, or this would also be a pretty storage rack to hold paint brushes or other art supplies. So many possibilities here!

The glasses are about 4 1/4" tall, roughly made of green recycled glass. The wire stand measures about 9 1/2" in diameter x 9 1/2" to the top of the basket handle.
