signed numbered hand blown glass vase or candle holder, dark amber glass w/ bubbles

Chunky goblet shaped candle hurricane or vase, hand blown glass, numbered and probably signed on the bottom. I just can't read the tiny faint etched numbers / letters here, I'm sorry! They're at the top edge in the close up photo of the bottom of the foot. Very hard to see.

This measures about 6 1/2" tall, 2 3/4" across the opening. It's a lovely dark amber colored glass, bubbled throughout, very rustic. Condition is excellent, no damage.
