antique M monogram letter embroidered cotton cloth, couched thread vintage embroidery

Old hand-stitched lettered M monogram whitework, embroidered in white on white, all cotton thread and fabric. This we believe was intended as a pillow sham... it measures about 26" x 29" overall, but has raw, unfinished edges. It would be beautiful as a pillow top, or framed.

This looks very nice, a few light soil marks to the fold lines, no spots or holes, though the unfinished edges are a little uneven.
