vintage DeVilbiss medical atomizer quack medicine apperatus

Vintage 1940s or early 1950s collectible DeVilbiss medical spray atomizer. This atomizer is in a period Rexall Defender Throat and Nasal Atomizer box, but we don't think that it is original to the box, but this is how it came to us out of the estate.

The metal top of the atomizer is marked DeVilbiss No 15 (it looks like?). The bulb is stiff with age.
