old farm tool, All In One livestock / animal castrator / hog ear notcher

An old farm tool... an All in One Castrator with a attachment for notching the ears of pigs. It measures about 10" long and is made of cast aluminum with steel blades. We don't know much about this old tool, but there is some rust on the steel blades.
