vintage industrial wire wastebasket, shabby old wire work basket for shade?

Vintage wire wastebasket, very shabby, with very rusty bottom fitting loosely inside the wire. We're seeing this given a new life as a shade for a hanging light fixture, modern industrial style! It's 14 1/2" across the rim of the basket, and about 10" in diameter at its narrowest. It's 11" top to bottom.
