Easter egg vase w/ hand-painted flowers, vintage Japan china - Lefton?

Egg shaped china vase with three little legs, 5 1/2" tall overall. This is numbered but unmarked, probably Lefton or other similar vintage Japan china.

It's in excellent condition, without chips or wear to the painted floral design.
