vintage wood cutting bread board, Norwegian rosemaling hand painted decorative folk art

Vintage wood cutting board or bread board with hand painted rosemaling, dated 1966. This is out of an estate in Wisconsin - I don't know if it's from Norway, or just Norwegian heritage.

It's a beautiful piece in any case, and in very good condition, very seldom used. Measures 5 1/2" wide, about 13 1/2" long end to end.
