Early 1900s vintage notary style embosser tool from a Lincoln Studio. The city is not marked - just Lincoln Studio, 946 2nd Ave - but probably a photo studio or an art gallery, we think. This works well, and produces a fine clear lettering. It's about 1 1/2" in diameter across the brass die.
