solid brass basket w/ handle and matching bowl, vintage brassware

Matching bowl and basket, 9" in diameter, vintage brass. The markings are fairly faint, but are both marked Hemill, we think? Both pieces have tarnishing and spots, but should clean up beautifully with a good polishing, since these are solid brass pieces.
