60s vintage solid brass genie bottle decanter and small goblet glasses

Retro 60s vintage brassware, a set of four liqueurs glasses and tall genie style decanter bottle, from India or Turkey? The brass colors seem slightly different between the decanter and the glasses, though these came to us as a set.

The bottle measures 9 1/2" tall, and the goblets 3" tall. All are very tarnished from age and storage, and need a good cleaning and polishing.
