old antique arts and crafts solid brass mission wall sconce

Antique Mission style, solid brass electric wall sconce. This sconce measures about 4" square on the heavy wall mounting plate and 6" from the wall. The shade fitter on the top of the socket measures about 2 1/4" across. The old electrical socket is marked General Electric and has a rectangular turn key switch.

This sconce has a nice patina of age. The insulation on the wiring is old and cracked and will need to be replaced.
