vintage English brass horse harness medallion, raven or vulture bird ornament

Solid brass 'horse brass' with a raven, or maybe a vulture? I'm honestly not sure which would be better, it's wonderfully witchy in either case! No marks on this that I could find, but it's probably English, a 20th century vintage souvenir piece.
