vintage India brass vase, black enamel w/ etched floral retro bohemian decor

Tall solid brass vase made in India, 1970s or 80s vintage (not marked at all that I could see). It's about 11 3/4" in height, with black finish etched through to the golden brass. There's some very old floral foam stuck inside, but aside from that this looks very nice!
