vintage bone inlay brass vase, artisan handcrafted decorative urn rustic tribal style

Handmade bone inlaid brass urn vase, 7 1/2" tall, in excellent condition. This has a felt on the bottom so I don't see any marks - and I'm not sure if this is from China, India, or Africa? It's about 15-20 years old, I think?
