vintage solid brass chandelier w/ tarnished patina, old five lamp hanging light for restoration

Old solid brass chandelier in need of some work... this has loose arms, vintage wiring, and no glass shades!

We don't often find the older brass lights these days (so many brass pieces have been scrapped for the high metal value in the last fifteen years) and thought someone might like this piece for parts, if not complete restoration. We don't have the metal working skills needed to repair this ourselves, but would love to know it could be saved.

It's about 17" in diameter, 19" tall. The tarnished patina is just lovely.
