Early 1900s vintage seashell shape wall mount soap dish, a little rusty though the old white porcelain enamel.

This measures about 4" wide, 4 1/2" out from the wall, 1 1/2" center hole to center hole of the mounting. No screws or nails are included with this, it's just the piece shown.
