art deco 1920s - 30s vintage glass bowl, hand-painted red & ivory enamel

1920s - 30s vintage glass bowl (vintage Lancaster glass?) hand-painted in red and ivory, with the flowers added a little later, we think? The flower paint has a little wear, otherwise nice, the glassware has no chips or cracks. Measures 8 3/4" in diameter across the handles.
