Deco moderne vintage hardware for handbag or evening bag clutch purse, gold finished metal with emerald green glass crystals. This isn't marked with a maker's mark that we could see, sorry.

These measure 7 3/4" wide and is in excellent condition, we don't believe that this was ever used.
